I bought one of these a month ago with a 50 round drum mag. Pretty cool looking gun. .22LR $430.

Anyone else have one ? How do you like it? Any issues?

Mine is a wood stock. Pretty rough build for Italian product. I had to strip it down to file down the recess for the extractor because the it would pop out of battery and not fire. Fixed.

The last time at the range firing Federal copper wash valu packs in round drum I was getting a few odd misfires. First round chambered, pull trigger, and POOF! I get a face full of powder. Examination of gun, action is open, empty case in the extractor, unejected. The case in the extractor had enuff pressure to keep bolt open. Pulled it out and the bolt closed and chambered next round.

Next half drum fires fast and flawlessly. Then it happens again, but I am hip firing now. Clear, continue. As the casings pile up, The gun starts to fail to feed the odd round, sometimes pinching and bending the cartridge.

Anyone else have issues like this? I love the look and feel of this gun, but I am wondering if I should have just got a 10/22.

Mine had the same issue. The allen key bolt on the bottom of the barrel that keeps it tight in place . comes loose from the bolt hammering into the breech face...:bangHead:.

Then it starts to have feeding issues ect. Also my front sight rattles loose from the vibration on the barrel shroud.

Are your bullet tips getting gouges and cut marks on them when they fail to feed?.

Same here with the allan bolt. my iron sights were not accurate to begin with, got a cheap RDS that works good. Never noticed cut marks, cartridge just bent in half.

Might have to do some more machining to the chamber to get a better feed. Did you have issues with straight mag and round drum or just one?

Just got one of these,I gave it a good cleaning...then took it out back to my range.
Plastic drum mag works fine with Federal bulk pack, does not like winchester
555.

The 30 round works good with the Win 555's.I also tried the CCI quiets, these work the same as my Ruger 10/22.....turns into a single shot.

This is a neat little rimfire.
