Ok so I have seen a couple of stock from Choate for the Ithaca but that's it, that's all the aftermarket parts I have seen.

So...........

How many Ithaca owners out there want more aftermarket parts.

Let me know if you do annd what you want.

After christmas Ima gonna order me up two new Ithaca's an 18.5 inch riot gun and the Law Enforcement model. On the riot gun I plan to put a choate pistol grip and forearm as well as a tacstar side saddle. On the 20 inch ima gonna get a better pistol grip stock(havent decided which) and the choate forearm and a scope mount on which to mount a red dot site.

Now for a good thread hijack....
Does anyone in Canada import new Ithacas or is Questar my best option?

Side Saddle for model 37?? any other 'tac' access avail??

I'd probably be interested in a side saddle as well. Anyone sell one?

The problem is, Ithaca being out of business means the aftermarket won't bother tooling up to sell stuff for them apparently...

Ah, but are they?

(replace spaces with w, in case you've never used the interweb before ;))

Nice folks - I've talked to their shipping guy who is frustrated as hell about sending stuff over the border to us. That being said, I'd love one of their salt-and-pepper laminated stock sets for my 2 3/4" gun. I may also be up for a sidesaddle and some sort of ghost ring-front post arrangement.

I had a guy build me a brand new NOS Ithaca M37 riot gun from new NOS parts. I'd talk to him. He's right here in Canada. Now, the receiver was a 2 3/4" receiver which may not be what you want. The new guns are like $800 and up, kind of pricy...I'm glad to see the new ones still being made though. Send me a pmail for more details. The furniture is Ithaca. I had the choice of rifle sights or the big bead, I prefer the bead. The holes are there for the sights if I want them.

Must be a near perfect shotgun.:)

Indeed, it is pretty rare that a Firearms company these days builds something that doesn't require bells and whistles.
I'm sure in time someone will try to sell an AR stock kit for it. :D

I would have to agree totally with the last couple of posts.
Must be some reason the USN Seals dragged them all over Vietnam during the 1960s and 70s.
Even the first extended magazine tube, was a Seal idea that Ithaca rep's saw in China Lake in 1969,and decided to make said option,at the factory.....
