Pined and welded: where to go

Ok guys I want to take my new build to my Vermont gun club but it has a 14.5 inch barrel. Where can I get the flash hider pined and welded so our ATF don’t send me to pound in the ass prison for having a detachable flash hider ?

I don't think those can be used anymore to lenthen barrel's. I believe it has to be "continuous rifling"

Any welding shop should be capable of doing that.

Do you already have a brake in mind? The strike industries J comp 2 is pre drilled for the pin, my main comp rifle is also 14.5" and it's held me back on a few states trips as well, I don't like the idea of not being able to remove the brake or take off my gas block, I may just order a new upper, I priced out building another one but couldn't compare with the Stag Arms 3 gun upper price
