I have switched from a 1911 to my S&W 625 revolver and wanted some input on how to properly set-up my belt .

Do I just set it up the same as I had for my pistol , holster on strong side and mag pouches on the other hip , or is it better for a revolver to have everything on the strong side with the moonclip holders in front of the holster???

I'm so confused !!!!!!!!:dancingbanana:

absent minded and prone to wandering !!!

for what it is worth, if you are thinking of transitioning back and forth from revolver to 1911, then moon clips/speedloaders in approx the same area as the mags for the 1911 should be better for you, if you reload your revolver with your weak hand. That way it is always going to the same area. If however you reload a revolver with your strong hand, then having your ammo on your weak side will be a bit of a problem.

NOT if a bit of a tummy overflow problem.I'm sort of restricted to the sides of the belt!!!!!

Most of us have a wee bit of a problem there, but that's the way I do it.:shotgun:

Not a problem, if you know what gun you're using.:dancingbanana:

Experiment at home to find what works best/fastest for you.

That'a a fact, use the method that's right for you.:)

You can also put some spacers on the speedloader holders so they sit up to 50mm away from the body if there are clearance problem in from.
