I just got a SiG P220 elite stainless and it's pretty honkin big. Makes a 1911 feel like a toy.

You could also shoot one handed and learn the joy of being able to bury a 1911 in your fist. It's what I do

You may need to sell the VP70! IIRC, it has a fat and long grip for the old 18 rd mag!
