Stainless steel cannot be blued. I you are talking about stainless guns with a black finish, there are many (i.e. Sig, S&W M&P, etc.)

Stainless can be blued. . I have done it and it worked exactly as advertised. .

I had a factory blued rifle barrel that had a small rub near the muzzle that bothered me so I researched the options and ordered the product right here in Canada. . Worked like a charm and is undetectable.
