Hi,guys.
I've decide to sell one of my semi-auto pistol for parts.
My question is:
Which parts cannot be sold according to law?
Regards
Zygy

It's NORINCO NP762.

What model? Usually the part with the serial number on it. some guns will have serial numbers on barrels , mags, etc, but the frame is what counts.
These days , most parts don't bring enough to warrant demolishing a good pistol.

If you reference this parts diagram <https://www.gunpartscorp.com/gun-manufacturer/sig-sauer/auto-pistols-sig/226-sig/parts-list-p226>, except for the frame/receiver (#15 in this particular parts diagram), all of the depicted parts are transferable.

In order to legally transfer a cartridge magazine (#51 shows a cartridge magazine tube in this particular parts diagram), you must ensure that the person acquiring it holds a valid (Canadian) firearms license.

The pistol's frame/receiver (i.e.: #15) may be transferred to members on an exclusive short list (such as government agencies, licensed museums, licensed firearms businesses, or individuals holding a valid ATC), surrendered to the government for destruction, or exported.
