pistol smith for revolver?

well i have been trying to find a restricted revolver for ccw with little luck so i ended up getting a ruger 6 incher instead and i would like get a pistol smith to shorten the barrel and add a front sight on after i would also like to get custom grips who would be the best for this?

Gunnar is top notch for sure. Depending on where you are, Barry at Bits of Pieces (Delta BC I think) is also excellent. Both are members on this site.
