I picked up an older Arminius .22lr revolver recently and today was the first day at the range.....shot great but had some cases sticking which made ejection hard.
It appears that two of the chambers are pitted.

Any one got any ideas what I should use to buff/polish the chambers?

I have use fine steel wool wrapped around an old cleaning brush and spun with an electric drill. A chamber mop saturated with JB paste and again spun with an electric drill also produces results. Us as required.

You could try a stainless steel bore brush with some steel
wool on it and spin it with a drill, if you have some rubbing
compound , try some on the steel wool.
I have also turned a 1/4" wood dowel down and sawed a split
in the end and wraped some fine emery cloth around it,
and used a drill on that.
Good luck , if that doesn't work ,I have a as new one I could sell
you - 6" double action;):p

Thanks for the reply's,
I was definitely thinking of using a drill and I think I actually might have a stainless .22 brush and some steel wool.... no JB paste but I think I may pick some up in the future as lots of people seem to find it usefull!

Marshall, I think this revolver will be pretty sweet once the chambers are smoothed out a bit! It has a really nice single action trigger!
