Plain sight solutions

PMd them twice about purchasing a scope and never got a reply so I went elsewhere and bought one.

If they want your business they would have replied is my thinking.
 
Yeah I PMed him last year for a Schmidt scope no reply. I was looking to buy a meopta iPhone adapter off him but still no reply. Service can't be that good I guess.
 
I know of people who have had great experiences with him, but I for one have been left out. He's usually available via the phone but left me hanging with my inquiries and requests despite multiple calls I placed to follow up.

I bought a leica range finder and a swaro scope from Omar...no issues.
The packaging was crazy though. Took me 20 min to get into it.

I have great service from Omer and he always returned my call in a timely matter.

However, I aware he was away since a couple of weeks ago due to a family emergency and I did tried contacting him today for a scope I am interested through his store ( his primary business the food store ) but was told by his staff he's still not back yet and only way to contact him is through his cell but I choose not to because if he's away handling some urgent family matters I rather not disturb the man.

Never meet him in person but spoke with him numerous times and I found him very knowledgeable and easy to deal with, hope he can get things work out the way he want to be on whatever he is dealing with.
 
I e-mailed him about 3 months ago regarding a product for sale, still haven't heard back. Won't waste my time again, too many other real businesses to support.
 
I have dealt with Omer on some high end glass and met with him at his store in Quesnel. My experience has been that he is an honest man who keeps his word.

I did find he was sometimes slow at getting back through PM's but he would always close the loop.

If he has a family emergency he may need a little time and understanding.

I wanted to take a moment to apologize to those who may have experienced lapses in service in the preceding couple of months; we have been dealing with the relatively sudden onset of my mother's grave illness, which has necessitated relocating to the best hospital available, which is about 700 km away from our home town (and businesses). And while our business employs a good number of qualified people, ours is a family business at the core, and our staff have been working to fulfill the many critical roles left vacant by the departure of myself, my brother, my father and my mother (all of whom work in the business).

The other thing is the apparent issue with the PM system on this board: quite simply, from time to time PM's (and replies) do not get through. As the message system also does not maintain copies of the sent PM's, this can become fairly frustrating. Several times I have been asked why I haven't replied to a PM, only to have never received a PM to begin with. Likewise, I have followed up on a reply I have made, only to discover the intended recipient did not receive my reply.
