Anyone used this on there rifle or pistol? just curious on how it hold up to the "solvents" during cleaning and frame wear in and out of a holster?

"...frame wear in and out of a holster?..." Any finish will be worn with repeated rubbing on a holster. Leather is abrasive stuff. Some just last longer than others.

I'm interested in this as well since I am looking to repaint an 870 receiver in Camo as well as the furniture since it is too F*ugly to restain!
