Playing guide for Nugget's first Antelope. pic heavy

Ah ya about the skull, Left it with mountain view and he may be calling back today. If I don't hear from him means everything is all good and he's going ahead with it. Can you see where this is going?.....gonna cost abit but I couldn't resist. Its decent and I shot it with my grandfathers gun so it will go on the wall above the cougar......somewhere in the new house...or man room...not sure where really but I'll figure that out when the time comes. I looked at about 7 that where mounted in his shop and three that he was working on fleshing out and the cape from mine and the coloring on his face was hands down the nicest one there. Besides Ill have lots of time to save for the bill and at only a fraction of the cougar cost Amy will likely let me get away with it. I'm gonna go right now and tell her. LOL!

Oh crap you've done it now!:p

And here i thought antelope was a bolt action only only prospect. (except for rolling blocks and falling blocks of course):p

Nice looking buck. As far as the meat goes, i dropped my buck in 2006 about 15 minutes into the first day, and within 10 minutes of dropping the guts, we had him hanging in the shop, and promptly caped out. We rinsed the meat off and wrapped it in poly to get it home. I would dare say it was the best tasting meat i have personally taken. Meat care is everything.

Good thing you weren't hiking all day or you would have had to deal Noels famous foot aroma at bed time. I bet that smells worse than any dead animal you've had in your MPV ;) :D

That's all thanks to some boots "someone" told me to get.

:p

I think I ate a pound of trail mix Monday, the wind was howling so bad at noon we didn't dare use the stove to cook lunch. What a gut ache by the end of the day...
