My guess would be an Armi Jager AK22 magazine, 20 rounder. Those guns are prohibs so might as well throw that mag in the garbage,

Correct! My father got a letter stating it had to be turned over for destruction more than 10 years after we attempted to register it. It was a total POS anyhow,
