You should contact your local gun store (or any other store that you trust) and get them to order one from MD Charlton, they are the Canadian Sig distributor.
If you can not get it timely, go Brownells in the US. They ship Sig parts here, just ensure that you select USPS for shipping
 
Do you just need the extractor?

Here are the parts list from MD Charlton:

New style extractor: SIGP1201010
Pin for new extractor: SIGP1300234
Outer spring: SIGPSPRING-10
Inner spring: SIGPSPRING-9

I've been told that the roll pins should be changed once they have been used and removed. You can try recycling them and see if they don't walk on you. You're looking at roughly $55-$60. for the parts. The extractor alone was $35.

I ordered my parts from Casey at TacOrd and had them in my hands around a week later.
 
Just because you found the part doesn't mean the thread needs to be deleted. This ain't the EE and other folks could benefit from it later on down the road.
