Thanks very much , yes these turned out very nice , some of the best bullets I've ever cast..Everything seemed to go right , I used some old W/W Alloy I had around for many years , good clean and contaminate free I believe... There's something about casting that keeps my intrest going , I think it's the sense of accomplishment one gets from making a projectile and trying to make it shoot well.. When it comes all together , it's great for sure.

Thanks , yes I was very pleased with these ones the way they turned out.. It's a friend of mine that will be shooting these in his S&W M29 , he's not a caster , so he enlisted me for the job..And who can turn down trying out a NOS mold , especially of a different design?..And yes I'll be installing gas checks on them , maybe pan lube them as the grease grooves are quite deep , or my pal is trying to make a deal on a Luber/Sizer now , so we'll see what works out best...I'll post a follow up when we do some accuracy / penetration tests.
