Pistol magazines legally have a ten round capacity. Lar15 mags are pistol mags.

The laws regarding magazine restrictions have not changed. Removable magazine capacity for pistol mags is still currently limited to 10 of whatever caliber is indicated on the mag. LAR15 pistol mags are still 10 rounds. But you should certainly verify for yourself, and if you are concerned, don't run them, and just run your ones pinned to 5. Not too many semi-autos left at this point to even worry about magazine capacity.

I still can't believe how restrictive our gun laws are, magazine restrictions being among the most ridiculous, as if any gang banger ready to commit murder stops and thinks to himself.. "Whoa.. almost used that regular capacity magazine.. don't want to break that law, better use the one pinned to 5 just to be safe." Sorry for the vent.. just no logic to any of these laws.
