And another cancellation for COVID-19 for the June 12 match. Let's remain hopeful for an opener July 19

On the good side, Red Storm and Grandson, Brandon, have been busy at the ranch, cleaning things up, putting the finishing touches in the boardwalk, installing new steps and verandah to the clubhouse, removing the winter match heated shooting sheds from the range and storing them, clearing out the clubhouse, (I lost my couch!) etc, AND installing a four burner gas stove and oven!

Well, the possibility of the July 10th Square Circle Posse' opener is looking better all the time.

The "businesses" have signs up and are rarin' to go.

Speaking of signs; it will interest you to know the story behind those signs.
The graphics were done by Tumbleweed Tom, many will recall, who used to shoot with us several years ago.
(Seems he got snared by a good looking filly and moved south of the Medicine Line, all the way to Florida.)
Anyway, Tom designs all the graphics for our signs and sends them North to us, where Ruff Justice, of Ruff's Regulators turns them into the signs you see on our Saloon, Red's ahem Bathhouse, the livery stable, the Ticket Office etc.

Mark August 14th on your calendar and dust off your guns for a salute to the American Civil War 1861-1865
Please go to the Square Circle Wranglers website for more details.

The October 2 match, in the rain, went ahead as planned, and a Great Time was had by all!
The tents covering the waiting areas and the Load/Unload tables get everyone mostly) dry.
Next up is the December 11 Christmas Match. Mark your calendars.

Red Storm and the Posse leaders for The Wild Turkey Posse of Grenville and Ruff's Regulators of Cornwall have discussed their plans for 2022 and have come up with the above schedule affecting the Square Circle Wranglers.

The Christmas Match went off well, although there was a weather delay of one day, until Sunday December 12.
Nineteen shooters took part, with Bucky Moonbeam placing # 1
Congratulations Bucky!
A tasty stew was served, shooting cabins were heated, as was the clubhouse with it's woodstove.
Pictures are posted on our website.
