Finally got lucky and was drawn for antelope this year.I haven't shot one since the 90's when the tags were available over the counter. I have been watching this guy since the tags showed up. I tried with the muzzle loader a few times but he acted alot like a cagey old whitetail. I couldn't get within 500 yards. He finally messed up friday morning and let me in to 380 yards with my seven and a very long belly crawl. I had to drag him close to half a mile to get him to a trail. The neighbor only lets feet touch his grass. If he didn't have a trail through the pasture it would have been about a 2 mile drag.

Thanks guys.I am having it measured thurday night along with my wifes, she was also drawn but didn't want me to put her picture on. She doesn't think hers is big enough to show on here. I told her it didn't matter. Depending on what mine scores I will maybe get a shoulder mount done. If it goes over 80 I am sure I will get it done but I don't know if it will.

I was wearing camo during the muzzle loader season. The closest I ever got was with the red shirt. he was very aware of what was going on all of the time. I have decoyed antelope in and even used a plastic grocery bag on a stick before. This guy wasn't going for any of that.
