Have used them, not on a new barrel, but they do work. Used on factory rem 300 mag barrels, firecracked for the first 10-12 ". Made the barrels foul less for sure, accuracy and speed was unchanged, i only used half the recomended bullets and was satisfied. Ordered directly from tubb

I've been very satisfied with both Tubb's Final Finish and Throat Maintenance System.
You can order them from his website but might have to call in your order because of website issues (that was my case 2-3 months ago).

Just make sure that you order Final Finish for a new non-match factory barrel and Throat Maintenance System for a match barrel!

Somewhat related, I believe it's Hornady that has a gun powder out that cleans the barrel. I read about it in Guns&Ammo a few months ago.

Hodgdon CFE

CFE by Hodgdon is supposed to clean the barrel as you go. I tried to get some but it's still too new, so I got some Benchmark instead until I get the motivation together to get to Higginsons and pick CFE 223 up.
