Challenger steel is reasonably priced and it is Canadian made a nice little bonus to be able to support Canadian jobs and manufacturing. It also seems to use quality components and pattern very well with consistent muzzle velocities in my guns.
I think I paid around 150 bucks before taxes a case at a local Hardware store. I know cabelas also stocks it, I don't know about a bulk deal from them though.
