Any sort of a headstamp? There are several it MIGHT be, given manufacturing tolerances:
10.75x 58R Russian Berdan
a short-necked 11mm Murata
43 Spanish Remington
11mm Gras
 
Looks like a 11x57R Spanish made Remington ctg loaded with a FMJ bt. Round is shown in "History and Development of Small Arms Ammunition Vol2" Hoyem. Similar round is the 11.4x57R Spanish. When US soldiers captured these in 1898 they called them "poison bullets" due to the verdigris on the bullets. Used in Remington rolling block rifles.
