PLEASE HELP!!!New 2011 bushnell elite tactical series scopes

Ok so called around to see if anyone has these scopes in yet. Some places don't and some just don't have a clue what i am talking about. So does anyone know or does anyone have this scope on their shelves because i am wanting one right now, correction needing one right now. It is the 2011 elite tactical 3200 series 10x40 (fixed power) filled with argon gas and comes with a sun shade. I am not 100% on the sunshade but pd enterprises has them listed with a sunshade. They have it listed but called and i am not sure if buddy thought i was talking about the old line of 10x40 or the new 2011 line. Anyway annoyed as fu$k right now and just need a "yes" or "no", or the direction one was last seen.

p and d had these on for 169.99 the last time i was there. they were the old model, but i don't think There's a difference. other than the 3200 in the name.

P&d is sold out of the old models, looking for the 2011 model. P&D has them listed on their web for $261 but they don't have any in stock, go figure. Anyone please help!!!
