Please help this guy...

Damn! I threw out a Mauser ES340B rear sight and front sight assembly just the other day.

They were in mint condition, too.

They were surplus to my needs and I figured that nobody would ever want them, so I tossed them out with the trash.

Wait! I think the garbage can is still sitting out on the curb.

Yes, there's the can and it hasn't been picked up yet! I can see it from my desk by the window!

No, too late, there's the garbage truck. I couldn't possibly stop those men from doing their job. Now could I?

They're picking up the can.......they're emptying it into the truck.......it's getting compacted.......and there it goes.

Don't I feel like a fool. If only I'd seen that thread sooner.

The ES 350 rear sights are extremely rare and are probably worth more than the rifle he wants to put them on and wouldn’t t fit his rifle anyway as they are for a grooved barrel.He would have better luck buying another ES 340

Yeah I figured it must be very scarce, you don’t see these rifles every days.

Not quite the same, but similar to the one on by Brno Mod 4. It also fits on the Barrel groves. The Aperture sight fits on the receiver, and is the same size as those on CZ Centerfire Rifles.
