That looks the same as the barrel band on my TurkMauser ...maybe a GEW

Maybe it's the pic, but the swivel looks like its offset. Have found SMLE swivels on Turks.

The swivel isn't offset and is thinner than LE swivel.

It LOOKS a lot like the band seen on most versions of the Kar98, but even they had differences from manufacturer to manufacturer.
