Please remove Iso 10/22 scope rail screws

Does anyone know where I can find 10/22 scope rail screws or what size they are so I can possibly use other ones ?

They're all 6-48. What screw you need will depend on how the rail has been countersunk. For about $10 you could buy a new one and have all the right stuff right off the bat.
