It's a Toz, Tulsky Oruzheiny Zavod, They are made at the Tula armory in Russia, very accurate 22, they still make them.That one is at least 40 years old and in very good condition. Not to sure
what it would be worth, maybe $ 150-175, If it was a repeater it would be worth a liitle more.
The one nice thing is that they are solid rifles with no plastic like the newer ones.

Would anyone know where to get a magazine for a repeater? A buddy has one but no mag

This one was bored into a .22 Magnum!

Where can I get sights for these, or something that would work, Does anybody know?

Or side mount scope mounts

I have one just like that. Mine had grooves cut for a scope when I got it. Maybe a later year ...
