OAL has to be 28 inch right ? I will ne 1 inch short... I will permetaly attach a recoil pad... and solder the muzzle break ... If that is allowed...
Or just get a fixed stock... Problem solved...
I will see what Dlask has to say about there forehand fitting the N/C and go from there.
Hmmm... I am not sure I understand what you mean.
But let's try again.
So you want to have a 10/22 in a Nordic
with a barrel flush with the front of the handguard. Right?
First of all, make sure that the above is mathematically possible,
meaning that with the shortest position of the stock,
there is at least 26" (clean) from the buttpad to the front
of the handguard.
You can ask Dlask, but they don't know Nordic handguards,
they know only the SR-22 handguard and
their own Dlask short Quad Rail for the SR-22.
And I am pretty sure the Dlask Quad Rail
will not make the 26" without a barrel.
Going back to your Nordic,
please find out the lenght of the handguard only.
And we will go from there.
As in soldering the muzzle device,
if it contributes or not to the OAL
only RCMP is able to give you an answer,
and since you are at it, ask for it in writing.
The bad news is that
the soldering or working with heat on a barrel
will depreciate accuracy (and not only).
In any case, it will void warranty, at least in Dlask's case.
Dlask could maybe pin it for you. We'll see.
So, find out the lenght of the handguard you want to use
and then I will tell you your options.
