"Please wait..." — Trouble downloading PAL Application Form 5592e / CAFC 921e

Hello out there,

I've looked around to see if anyone else is having a similar issue at the moment, but haven't seen anything. When I try to download the latest version of the PAL application form http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cfp-pcaf/form-formulaire/pdfs/5592-eng.pdf (it has "RCMP GRC (2013-04-23)" on the bottom left hand corner) I get some sort of error that looks like this:

Please wait...

... as it should say below if the problem isn't just my computer:

Somehow my wife was able to download a copy just fine about 1 month ago, but I haven't been able to since, even on her computer, or anyone else's computer.

If somebody has a way to fix this, or has the form in .pdf that they could email me, I'd appreciate it. I'd rather not have to wait 2 weeks for the RCMP office to send me a hardcopy :(

Thanks!

If you get that error, save the file and open it with the latest version of Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat, OUTSIDE of your browser.

That should fix it :)
It seems like PDFs with active fields have trouble opening within browsers...

Same thing happened to me, solved this way ^^. No need to save it though, just open it (although that does temporarily save it on your hard-drive)
