The 223 is the most fun, but if you want hunting rifle feel with practice, the 308 win gives you a bit of recoil so you hold it like you need to.

Fair enough. I just shoot mine at steel at 100-200 yards with irons from field positions. I always said I would hunt with it or try reloading but had better options and other calibers to experiment with. My CZ does shoot pretty damn good with S&B FMJ and decently with the ppu rn.

I plink with a 223 and even better, my 6.5 Grendel. Both are super fun and accurate too!!!
