Literally everyone but you it seems. Also those are not Hi-cap M14 magazines. Those are standard capacity magazines designed to be used in the Australian International Arms bolt-action M10 "Lee Enfield" rifles. They are not designed or meant to be used in the M14, M1A, M305, nor any variant or derivative of the "United States Rifle, 7.62 mm, M14". The fact they may also fit and function in said rifles is not relevant.

Seems you have your rifles & mags mixed up, I don't see anything about M14 mags there?
