If the parker hale you have is based off the large ring mauser design, then you can get a butler creek or a bell & carlson from wholesale sports. They both run about $200. You might have to do a bit of inletting for a side safety, but heck, if I can do it, then anyone can. Your heavy barrel will probably require a bit of inletting as well.
