It’s used mainly for predator calling. I would order from the man himself that makes the call. Rick Pallet calls is what you google. Even with shipping and exchange it will be cheaper then buying here in Canada.

Are e callers legal for ducks?

The brand is Lucky Duck and they make all kinds of ecallers. I recall seeing lucky duck predator calls on clearance (they were shaped kind of like a cougar skull for some reason) in my local tsc store.
