Sorry I misread your post, I thought you were looking for a smooth bore 18.5"er I've never heard of a rifled barrel for the 590's but you can use rifled slugs in your smoothbore.

I've heard that the 835 barrels will drop right in on a 590a1 with 5 shot mag. That's the critical part. the 5 SHOT MAGAZINE MODEL ONLY!
