Plug screws for open sights

Amazon sells a kit of common screws including plug screws in all common thread forms and head styles found on all sorts of firearms.....super handy
 
I was looking for small set screws to fill the holes in my latest rifle (Henry Homesteader) and was happily surprised to hear that my local gun store had them in stock.

They were $4 each, but I had them installed in hours rather than waiting weeks for them to come from Chyna.

Ask your local guy behind the counter.

At one times I must have had several hundred in a small box... after mounting several hundred scopes on new rifles... just about every new rifle comes with 4 plug screws.

And just about any gunsmith or shop that mounts scopes could help you.
