Sent a few pm messages and when I look at my sent messages it's shows there are none sent? Am I missing something? Also I applied for ee and now can see all ads does that mean I've been accepted?

Sent private messages are only saved in your sent items folder if you tick the appropriate box. Look for it with a list of other possible message actions further down the PM page.

As to the EE if you can see the posts I'd imagine you've been granted access.
