PMCC course at Agoge

I had posted a link about this course in this forum some time ago asking about this school. It looks like it was deleted or maybe it was on older thread and was deleted. I didn't see any feedback but I went to the course anyway. I have trained at one other school for close protection training and AGOGE definitely was superior.

If you are planning to do this course make sure you are not just "getting off the couch." There is a physical fitness test that needs to be completed in under 15:00 minutes the first day that includes a 1 Km run, fireman carry, and over 300 reps of calisthenics. I'm fairly certain everyone passed but it does gas you if you are not somewhat fit.

I keep going back year after year. That is where I train. Got to do the PMC course this year. Greatest time I have ever had on the range. listen to what Austin_27 says, lots of the people who took that course with me were people that went to the gym often (including myself) and were in great physical shape. that fitness test was the hardest I have ever down. If PMCC doesnt sound like your thing then take some of ATR's other courses. I have taken a bunch and loved every one of them. I have started retaking courses in order to improve my skill.

I have taken the concealed carry course and the no light/low light courses. I am just a civilian shooter but after those 2 courses my shooting has significantly improved. Next summer i plan on hitting all the courses. PMCC Is not something i would do but The carbine, pistol and shot gun courses will be on the list. Owner and lead instructor Jody Levesque Has real world experience, This school is Legit. I cant wait for the summer, let the winter ammo hoarding begin.

Have taken a few courses at the Agoge and a few when it was HST. Great courses, learned a lot and my shooting improved significantly. I'm not sure I will do the PMCC course but I do plan on finishing the rest of the courses offered.

Courses completed:
Pistol Op lvl 1
Pistol Op lvl 1 (not a typo)
Pistol Op lvl 2
Concealed carry.
Low light / no light.
Carbine lvl 1

Looking forward to Carbine lvl 2 and shotgun next year along with a possible refresh on pistol lvl 2.

Gonna have to update my sig line.

Jodi Levesque runs a high end school and the experience and knowledge required to create and run a successful PMCC shows the level of dedication and real world experience that Jodi possesses. The PMCC pushes students in every aspect. My only course experience coming into PMCC was all military, you dont even need that type of training, so long as your willing to learn. The course starts with fundamentals and very methodically builds your proficiency to levels higher then most would expect, while still maintaining a high level of safety even inside of a dynamic range.

As Austin_27 and dhpsask stated you have to be in good shape to take this course. One must remember that after the physical test you then have pistol and rifle qualification, and then into training with small breaks in between. Everyday on top of classes there were also team challenges to further motivate and encourage team cohesion. The physical aspect doesn't stop during course so one must make sure they have good endurance.

I cant wait to take more courses by Jodi with Agoge Tactical as he is always updating the range and courses.

If you decide to do PMCC you will not be disappointed!
