Looking for a Pocket PC to use with the Exbal program. I am pretty much computer illiterate so I am looking for the place with the cheapest prices, probably online maybe? It requires Windows 2002,2003 or Windows Mobile. Any idea what you would be looking to pay for a basic model which can accomodate the program. Any help would be appreciated.
