Hey guys~interested in trying these out, and thought I read/found something about a Canadian manufacturer making these. Anybody have them, or know where to look? Another question, when you have these mounted on a sporter-type stock, how close do the "talons" come to the barrel? Any risk of contact/scratching?

Can't comment on how they function, but 693precision (that's his cgn handle and the name of the business) carries them.

The ones he carries are Canadian made and they work great. I don't always use them, as sometimes I shoot on hard surfaces like concrete, but in sand, or soft earth they are really worth their weight in gold.

I've had mine for years. Used maybe a handful of times. I use BOGpod, sandbags or the LRA now. The claws look cool but other than that, I'm done with mine.
