POF P415 issue and customer service

Recently I purchased a POF P415 and first trip to the range the gas regulator came apart. After a phone call and a follow up email to POF they asked me to ship the old part to them and they would ship me a new one.

After some time I emailed and asked if they had shipped a new part out and they thought they had but couldn't find a shipping record. So they shipped another one and said to just keep the second one if they both show up. They both did show up, and at the same time.

The ones they sent me back are a different design than the one I sent in, doesn't have the retaining pin and instead has locks on the button similar to a valve spring retainer from what I can tell.

Anyways, just wanted to say thanks to the guys at POF for the great service and was pleased to get an upgraded part back.

Good to hear of another company taking care of their Canadian customers. I have a P308 and have wondered how they handle warranty issues with us.
 
I was surprised it went that well, but you can phone and talk to them directly, easy to deal with. Quick responses to emails as well, which was good to see. And again, was glad to see an updated part, so hopefully never have an issue again.

I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another POF knowing that they backed up their product like they did.
