i did notice that Fabsports is selling their uppers now but thats all he has is the uppers

Did you check out Questar? They had some of the 308 ARs awhile back.

They are an awesome piece of kit. I have one of the POF .308's that Questar brought in, and I love it. I'm hoping we might see some of it's little brothers here some day but I'm not holding my breath. I am currently in the process of building a POF with one of the uppers that Fab brought in with a complete lower that I snagged off the EE. The biggest hurdle is deciding what piston system to use in it. I will probably go with either an Adam arms system or else send it to Questar and get them to fit a PWS system to it.

Questar is the only people I've seen carrying them. Looks like they don't have any in stock at this time though.... you may want to check this out however:
