so what's the deal, are they still the same company as before? Pakistani Ordnance? or what? If they are still the old company with a new name, how do they import the parts from overseas? if they are not the old POF how are they producing the HK clones?

IIRC from what I read, it is the same company with a new (better selling) name and owner I think.

I have the article around somewhere.I'll see if I can find it.

If you are a collector and do not shoot your guns, but rather rather have them displayed on an alter where you take off all your clothes, light candles and incense, and just LOOK at them, perhaps the German manufacture will be more satisfying.

The PAKISTANI MP-5 mags I got from him way back worked well --- and the MP-5's that the Afghan Secret Police have (amongst other who have foolishly fallen into a MP-5 wetdream in RIFLE country) seem to work well.
