polishing shotgun chamber

Purchased a shotgun that came with two barrels. With one the spent shells extract ok. I tried the second barrel (two months after getting it) and it will not extract half the shells. Looks like the chamber is not as polished as the first barrel (12 ga ). I cannot get a replacement from the dealer as he claims I could only do it in the first 7 days. Will never deal with that dealer again.
Any suggestions on how to polish up the chamber.

did you pay by credit card.? if so you may seek recourse through them perhaps... There may even be provincial (or Fed) law to protect you on new goods for more than 7 days.. That sounds like BS

Go look up how to polish a chamber for the 870 Express on you tube.
An electric drill a piece of dowel and some emery paper and you are good to go.
Easy as one, two, three.

All I ever needed on an 870 chamber was a little polishing compound like FLITZ and a cotton wheel on a dremel
