Poll: How many people shoot Glocks dead center?

Now how many of you, who shoot your Glock low/low-left, have shot an M&P? Were you able to shoot the M&P dead center, or was it shooting left like the Glock?

The Glock trigger is definitely something that needs some getting used to.

I have found I get the best results when pressing the trigger with the very end 1/4 of the pad of my index finger. This positioning puts the first bone of my index finger (from my hand) parallel to the frame of the gun, resulting in a consistently straight pull to the rear, and lessens any canting of the hand that occurs during trigger pull.
I have had people come up to me at the range claiming that their gun was off and it shoots low and left. With a small adjustment of their trigger finger and a couple more mags run through, their point of impact changed and they were loving their gun. YMMV

I know for a fact that it is me and not the gun

Since I have smaller hands, I have no choice but to use the distal half of the pad on my trigger finger. But I don't think I am pulling it like you are.

I need someone like yourself to show me how to shoot a Glock dead center. Then I can buy another one with confidence. Someone should make a video on youtube about this, since shooting Glocks low and left is such a common problem.

I was shooting my G17 low left and was certain it was a sight issue until I had Slavex put a mag through it and miraculously they all hit dead centre A zone. I worked on my grip and trigger finger (outside end of 'pad') and whaddaya know, it shoots straight now. The Glock is now the most natural aiming gun I own. The P226 may be more accurate on long distance, slow shooting, but for fast draw, rapid fire 7-15 meter stuff the Glock rocks.

Is the grip of the G19 smaller/thinner than that of the G17?

dead center but scattered grouping compared to other guns that fit me better.

Using factory winchester ammo, it was always low and left.

I built a load for it and voila!, dead centre every time!

ooh, just checked my target today, and it was low-left. i'll try out that 1/4 pad of the finger tip, and report back...
