Polymer coated cast lead bullets

Over on the Cast Boolits site we've been talking about this for a while, ( http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?t=87768 ) seems that it's pretty popular in Aus and is making some inroads to the US. There is a YouTube poster that claims to be doing it, and that he's figured out the simple way of doing it; but he wants more subscribers and views.
His videos are pretty good, so you might find them useful anyway.

I found that interesting because when I was in the Philippines this summer the reloads being sold at gun ranges looked like painted green or blue lead. Unfortunately I didn't get to pull one though, so I wonder if this coating was taking the place of lube or if just the outside external part was painted to make it look cool. I didn't see any copper or bare lead anywhere.
