Poor customer service from wanstall

Earlier this week when the news that the STG 44 was going to be available I caught it right away and emailed Wanstall. I received a email the next day stating they needed my information , I'm new to this be the way.
I then called and left a message to the employee who emailed me back. Waiting around anxiously I called back 2 hours later and nothing! Fair enough , maybe he'll get back to me later . Well I got no response and was quite disappointed! After seeing other companies were offering the gun I went through Irunguns and to sum it up they were very helpful quick with responding to my emails and buying process .

Meh.

The places we're pretty swamped when those announcements were going out. I don't blame them.

Make sure you don't post about how bad the other people are when you don't like how their shipping and stuff works.
 
I recently purchased 4 guns from Wanstalls. Top shelf service. Sometimes they're really busy and it may have slipped there mind. You should have just kept calling until you got a hold of somebody. I usually call the trip 8 # and almost always get Gary. I wouldn't disregard them over a phone call , they're to good.
 
suck it up, this is unfortunately the way things go sometimes.
I'm not new at this and have had preorders lost by other dealers...... though considerably upsetting ...... not "make a post on CGN worthy"
 
So you joined CGN and this is your first post? #####ing about a business that 2 hours later didnt return your call.

Irunguns got back to me asap and won my business. I can ##### if I want and i waited more than two hours after my second phone call dingle berry! It was more than 24 hours! To me that is poor service! Yup my first post! Lol
 
I've had nothing but good service from wanstalls probably the best place I've ever ordered anything from. Best running website and fast shipping.
 
Funny. I just ordered from them couple days ago. Normal coms for gunshop for sure. Quite good customer service compared to others i have dealt with

And if they don't have it in the CANADA store you be #####ing because they only send up a truck once a month from their stateside store. OH WAIT you never did research....
 
I have a question. Why when the OP was contacted by email by the vendor they contacted. Did they not just respond via email with the info? Not like it was a phishing scam.
I just love people that don't give a business a chance to respond.
I have emailed Wanstalls before and ALWAYS received an answer.

I haven't read all the forum rules but think maybe there should be that your first post #####ing about a vendor should get you the old HEAVE HO. How did they even know where to go to post that anyway unless it is someone with another account and don't want to get flamed.
