I am not sure how you reload? Are you planning to prime cases, charge with powder, then move them somewhere else to seat bullets?? I used to do the Uniflow volume throw, then trickle up on beam scale to setting - now I mostly use an RCBS Chargemaster Lite - lets me seat a bullet in my press, while the next charge is being dispensed. I have not had a spill, knocked over cases, or had to re-do, for several years, once I started to seat each, after powder was thrown into the case. Maybe you have a different loading sequence in mind?
Beside the arbour press mentioned above, I think Meacham and others make or made "hand" press - were not mounted to a bench - used normal dies, I think. I never used them - always a bit confusing to me how that was to be done without spilling powder charge from case. I have seen pictures of guys at competitions - loading up rounds on tailgate or at shooting bench - I never did that - but must be ways to get that done. Likely too "breezy" for scale, so I think they were doing volume thrower, only, to dispense their powder charge.
