POSP bulb retailer in Canada

Does anybody carry POSP bulbs in Canada ?

Also, what batteries does the 8x42 POSP take? Best I could find was D357, could somebody confirm that?

I bought a POSP a dozen years ago and it's never been used or had batteries installed.

I've used new D357's but the reticle isn't lighting up.
