I was surfing in the B&S section and saw a some nice pictures of a 14.45 up for sale. One of the shots was from the top, with the action opened, and I noticed that there was a 'pin' protuding from the left side of the action, I'm 99.9% sure that's the extractor.
However, I've racked my 14.45 and noticed that I didn't have such a pin protuding on the left. I've always found that the ejection on my Para was weak, and that the empty casings were ejecting forward instead of backwards, but I've shot an entire season pf IPSC with it without a single jam or failure to eject.
Bottom line, is my extractor broken?
