Possible M14 Magazine Compatability

I was on the wanstalls website and saw this:

Which looks really really close to an AIA 10rnd magazine. I went down to the store to take a look at it and it looks like the feed teeth might intercept the bolt on an M14. Has anyone tried one of these magazines in an M14 type rifle?
