Possible to buy spare Grizzly Mags?

No issues here, always feeds fine.

Someone could sell a ton of these if they got them in... maybe someone with the right tools could make larger capacity ones and really sell a bunch! I have a dream of a high capacity drum mag .....damn that'd be sweeeeet

I cleaned mine up lastnight. I had collected 12g. snap caps over the years and fed them through flawlessly. I'm very happy with it so far. Now, if I could only get a few more mags.... Faswagon you got the right ideas!! I talked to Canam a minute ago and we're looking at roughly 2 months for the next shipment of grizzly mags JFYI.

Two months isn't that bad I can wait, I'm just opening they'll be open to buy for all customers.

How do you guys find the reliability of the Grizzly mag fed shotguns? Are there many FTFs with 2 3/4"?

Thanks In Advance!

Mine was quite sticky to begin with, but is starting to break in nicely.

I finally got the range last friday and put a few slugs downrange. Had some feeding issues, but only on the first round out of the mag, and only when using Federal ammo. The shell seemed to bind halfway up the ramp, but if I released pressure on the slide, then pulled again, the shell went straight in. The Fiocchi Aeros didn't have this issue, so I have to wonder if the ribbed Federal hulls were catching a sharp point somewhere (the Fiocchis are smooth)

Had some issues loading magazines too. Sometimes when trying to insert the 4th round, the spring would not compress. All four of my mags did the same thing, but not consistantly. I could not reproduce the problem at will, but when it happened, I had to unload the mag and start over. Could be that I'm somehow tilting the follower, or the spring is binding, I just don't know. More investigation needed, but I'm leaning towards user error.

Had another problem trying to get my fat, peltor wearing head close enough to look down the sights. Kept bumping my hearing protection off my right ear. Not the best for your hearing when sending slugs downrange out of a 15 inch barrel. Could be that the ATI collapsable stock that I have installed sits higher that the factory one. I'll have to swap them back and try again, or switch to earplugs (which I hate)

With the hearing protection/stock interferance problem, and my lack of practice with sg/slug, my accuracy just sucked. The pie plate sized targets I posted at 25m and 50m had plenty of holes in them, but nothing in 9 or 10 rings. Was tempted to leave the targets in place for the next guy :)

I'm happy with this sg, and I think it'll break in just fine, but I don't know what I'll use if for. My 12.5 pump Grizzly is my PPE that I take to work, and my 18 Mossberg marine is my camp/fish gun. There is definitly a cool factory to a mag fed shotty, but I can't find a practical role for this one.

Oh yes, one more thing. That cheap plastic heat shield does have a function. Don't remove it like I did (unless you like blisters) :)

I lucked out and picked up a spare mag for my Grizzly at Frontier in P.A.

No feed issues but I do find that the last 3 inch empty shell gets stuck part way out of the ejection port because the magazine follower "pins" them there. Not a problem, more humourous than anything.
